Nick Ellis is an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant and Customer Engagement Manager at Select Technology. He uses his expertise to help small and medium businesses across the South East of England succeed by helping them understand their technology and refine their processes, creating real efficiency gains while focussing on the human experiences of using technology. 

Nick lives near Sandwich with his wife Sarah and their dog Henry. When he's not helping clients, he plays bass guitar and drums and collects vinyl records and paper books (somewhat counter-intuitively for an IT evangelist!).

Nick Ellis explores how understanding the touch points a customer has with a business can determine how technology could and should enable these things. Technology will never take your customers out for lunch, but using it to automate manual actions has a positive impact on customer experience.

Nick will demonstrate how using web forms, live chat and mobile apps can make things faster and easier for your customers than manual processes. We'll also discuss with Deborah from Revolution Events how organising Business Vision Live has been transformed in recent years by using web forms instead of clunky spreadsheets.
