About Business Vision LIVE
Conference Programme
Pre-registered attendees will be able to register for sessions ahead of the event. A personalised link will be emailed about 3 weeks prior to the event date. Don’t worry if you can’t decide (it is a great programme!) as many sessions are available on the day.
Exhibition Area
Business Vision LIVE attracts over 150 essential suppliers and potential partners from Kent and beyond, offering a comprehensive range of products and services from local sources. A full list of exhibitors can be found here, and to make it easier to find the exact provider you are looking for we have introduced a helpful new logo filtering feature.
The Exhibition Area will open at 9.00am and be open throughout the event.
Refreshments/Catering
Lunch is available to purchase onsite with hot and cold options available. Free tea and coffee will also be available throughout the day.
Please note: all onsite catering is cash only and there are no ATMs available onsite so please remember to bring cash with you.

At Business Vision LIVE you will meet key decision makers from a diverse range of organisations, based right across Kent and beyond. It’s FREE! Plus there is free parking.

Kent Event Centre, Kent Showground, Detling, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3JF.

The exhibition and conference take place in the Maidstone Hall and John Hendry Pavilion.

Parking
There is ample, free parking available onsite.
Registration

The registration desk opens at 9.00am and will remain open throughout the event, enabling you to attend all day or just pop along for any part of the day.

Onsite Information
Accessibility
There is step-free access available to all areas of Business Vision LIVE. Disabled parking spaces are available upon request, please contact Izzy Bryant to arrange. Disabled toilets are available in the Maidstone Hall.
Badges
your badge barcode will be scanned upon entry to the event and any seminars you attend. The QR code may be scanned by exhibitors in the Exhibition Area. We ask all visitors to NOT actively sell or promote their own products or services to exhibiting companies or other visitors while visiting the event.
First Aid
The first aid point is situated in the Organiser’s Office, within the John Hendry Pavilion.

Phone/Laptop Charging
We do not have any laptop or phone chargers available onsite so please remember to fully charge your devices.
Toilets
Toilets, including disabled toilets are located in the John Hendry pavilion.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by the venue, no password required but is only suitable for browsing purposes.
